when will i receive my order?

canvas art, photographic print and child-friendly mirrors will take 10 working days from the time of order to delivery. please allow 15 working days for solid art.

do you supply business to business?

yes, please refer to the 'commercial sales' page

i would like a size that isn’t listed can you help?

we are happy to produce any size - just contact us for a price.

i would like my own photo printing onto art. can you do this?

yes, please refer to the ‘your images’ page.

i don’t have a digital camera. can i still use your service?

yes, we can work from your negatives, or prints. please contact us for further information.

will my picture be in the same colours as the screen?

as individual screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the colours of the finished product will match the colours on your screen.

is your site secure?

yes. when you use your credit card to place an order with funky lemon, your transaction will be handled by world pay. to protect your information, world pay uses the latest secure transaction technology, and is compliant with card association security initiatives.

will you use my personal details to pass on to third parties?

no. we do not pass your details on to anyone. if you agree, we may use your email address to notify you of promotions and product news.

how much does delivery cost?

uk = £10 for solid art and canvas art orders (any number of pieces). £5 for photographic print and acrylic mirrors.
n ireland = £15 for solid art and canvas art. £7.50 for photographic print and acrylic mirrors. if you wish a delivery to take place
outside of the uk, please contact us for further information.

how do i clean my products?

solid art - can be wiped down with a damp (not wet) cloth. do not use cleaning materials - only water. canvas - do not use water to clean at all.  use a light hoover attachment to lift the dust. photographic print - can be cleaned with a damp cloth. child-friendly acrylic mirrors - clean with a damp cloth.

tips - your digital photo

we have compiled the following list of tips to ensure you get the very best results possible.

1. before taking your photo, set your camera to its highest quality setting.
2. jpeg files are generally better as the compression can save time uploading your image.
3. make sure there is plenty of lighting - preferably behind you as you take your picture.
4. choose a shape that best suits your shot - your shot should fill the shape.
5. if you’re going for solid art or canvas art, make sure you don’t crop in too tight - remember, the image will wrap around the edges of the frame.

tips - general

1. for a modern picture, solid art and canvas art are perfect. solid art is vibrant and sharp, whereas canvas art is softer.
2. if you're looking for a low-cost option for commercial use, 'POS boards' are perfect!
3. use the colour effect to alter colours to suit your own colour scheme.
4. use the art effects to transform your photo into a piece of art - brush art, watercolour and other options available while you are placing your order.
5. add a name to a child’s picture, to make it really individual.
