lead times

canvas art, photographic print and child-friendly mirrors will take 10 working days from the time of order to delivery. please allow 15 working days for solid art.

colour movement

colours and appearances of images may vary from screen to screen.

copyright

the images and designs used on the funky lemon web site are the property of funky lemon and their respective copyright owners. you must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images.

returns

you may return goods for credit, subject to the following conditions:

• you inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s)
• you pay the return delivery charges.
• goods are returned as new, in their original packaging.
• goods are not personalised (your images/added wording), as they cannot be resold.

your images

this is a bespoke service. you give funky lemon permission to create artwork from your image, based on your size and style specification. you will own copyright, or will have gained permission to use the image that you submit to funky lemon. funky lemon will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements from images submitted by their customers. the customer will take full responsibility of copyright issues relating to images that area submitted to funky lemon. we will not use your images for any other purpose than the production of your order. as this product is made to order, items that are delivered as described and in good condition can not be returned for credit.

damages

full refunds will be made by funky lemon for items damaged in transit. to be eligible for a refund/replacement, you should inform us of the arrival of damaged goods within 24 hours.

confidentiality

your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. we do not pass your details onto 3rd parties for marketing or any other purpose. occasionally we may email you with product news and promotions. if you receive these, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe yourself, if you wish to do so.

payment security

when you use your credit card to place an order with funky lemon, your transaction will be handled by world pay. to protect your information, world pay uses the latest secure transaction technology, and is compliant with card association security initiatives. online payments accepted in GB pounds only, for orders outside of the UK please contact us
